Shipping and delivery

Orders can be placed through the web shop or by phone. When ordering, always provide the reference numbers and description of
the articles by. The sales associate repeats each reference number entered.
Orders placed before 11 a.m. will be processed the same day. Orders as of Thursday 11 a.m. will be shipped on Monday.

Your order will be delivered by PostNL. You can track your shipment through PostNL’s Track & Trace service. The barcode of your package is listed in the confirmation email, which you will receive once your order has been shipped.
*LaSarel Cosmetique has no influence on delays caused by PostNL.

All deliveries are made under direct debit or Ideal payment.
For orders up to € 200, – excl. VAT will be €10 excl. VAT for shipping and handling charges. Orders over € 200, – excl. VAT are delivered free of charge.

Bonus discounts do not apply to offers and packages. When ordering 6 pieces with the same ref. No. you will receive 1 product for free (this is applicable for skincare and makeup and only for deposit).

Returns & refunds

Claims must be made within 8 days of the invoice date. Incorrectly transmitted reference numbers cannot be exchanged. Also, if reference numbers are not provided, any incorrectly ordered products cannot be exchanged. Orders placed over the phone do not entitle you to a claim.
Any complaint will be addressed once the product in question is returned.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount (excluding any shipping costs). Provided the products have not been used.

So please note: It is only possible to return products that are sealed and in their original packaging. Have a purchase date of less than 14 days from order date.

The cost of return from your home to LaSarel Cosmetique is at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to LaSarel Cosmetique with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
The above is valid on both products and booked trainings.
